Materials & Options
A variety of materials, colors and options are available for all custom cases.  QT Cases has a core commitment to work with North American suppliers that provide the highest quality hardware and case components.

Laminates
QT Cases only uses laminates made with luan plywood formed from multiple layers of Mahogany sheets.  Laminate choices include a range of colors in ABS plastic as well as Aluminum.

Through continued research and development with out suppliers, QT Cases is proud to offer a new ultralite substrate for case manufacture.  Made from ¼” honeycombed ABS, the shell is extremely light, strong and durable.  Case weight can be reduced by up to 40% with its application.  Lower weight means lower shipping costs for our customers.

Hardware
When ordering a custom case you can select from a variety of options, helping ensure that you get precisely the case you need.  Components have been specially selected from a range of suppliers to make sure that every piece used in building QT Cases is of a level of quality that we are confident enough in to back up with a limited lifetime warranty. 

  • Catches can be regular, keylocking or padlockable. 
  • Casters are available in a variety of sizes with rigid, swivel and locking options. 
  • Handles are available in large and medium sizes with thick and thin padded grips.


Interior
QT Cases has provided a wide assortment of interior options designed to meet your shipping needs. 

  • Standard carpet lined interiors.
  • EMI/RFI Shielding Linings
  • Foam lining in a range of thicknesses, densities and materials.
  • Pick and pluck foam for customization after purchase.
  • Custom die cut and CNC cut foam interiors.
