Limited Lifetime Warranty
Quick Transfer Ltd. (Quick) warrants all QT Cases™ to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and handling for life, from the date of purchase by the original purchaser (Original Purchaser) from Quick or any of its authorized distributors.  Quick warrants casters on cases for a limited period of 2 years from the date of purchase by the Original Purchaser.  Damage to the QT Case™ due to abuse or misuse, alteration to the QT Case™, or negligence of the Original Purchaser or any other person renders this warranty null and void.  This warranty is limited to the Original Purchaser and is not assignable.

Where Quick, in its sole judgment, determines that the defect is the result of faulty workmanship or materials supplied by Quick, the QT Case™ will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the Original Purchaser.  Quick’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the QT Case™.  Cost of replacement is limited to actual replacement value of the QT Case™.   Cost of normal ground transportation to Quick’s nearest manufacturing facility or agent for repair and return to the original shipping destination via common carrier is the responsibility of the Original Purchaser.

Returned QT Cases™ must be accompanied by a return authorization issued by Quick.  Returned QT Cases™ must be properly packaged and returned on a prepaid basis via common courier, ground to our nearest manufacturing facility or authorized agent.

This warranty is the only express warranty made by Quick applicable to its QT Cases™ and constitutes the entire warranty between Quick and the Original Purchaser.  This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and all other obligations or liabilities on our part of any kind or character, including liabilities for alleged misrepresentation or negligence.  Quick neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of the QT Cases™ other than expressed herein.  Quick shall not be liable for commercial loss, special or consequential damages resulting from breach of this warranty, or of any implied warranty or condition.  Any implied warranty or condition or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose applicable to QT Cases™ is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.

If any portion of this warranty is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in force and effect.  Warranty conditions and terms may not be amended, except by written authorization from the management of Quick.  This warranty is governed by Manitoba law.


Limitation of Liability
By the acceptance of QT Cases’, case(s), customer acknowledges and agrees that the extent of QT Cases’ liability shall be limited to the replacement cost of the container only and in no event will QT Cases be liable for any other damages to include, but not limited to, damages to the product shipped, consequential damages, lost revenue, or lost wages arising from the purchase or use of its cases.
