How We Ship
How your case is packaged
Prior to every shipment of a QT Case it is first polished and cleaned and then wrapped in micro-foam.  A layer of high tensile corrugate is then placed around the case followed by a cellophane wrap to ensure it arrives at your location in the exact condition it left ours.  For large cases that will likely be handled by a forklift, pallets are manufactured and the cases mounted and strapped to the pallet after being wrapped as above.

Shipment
QT Cases has provided multiple shipping options for customers ordering standardized cases.  When shipments are sent through FedEx or UPS a confirmation of shipment will be sent out to each customer vie email including a tracking number and estimated delivery date.  For large cases and multiple case shipments we will work with a select group of global freight forwarders to handle transportation. 

Delivery Times
All standardized case orders have a guaranteed shipping date shown on the order page.  If you require a manufacture turn around time earlier than available please contact QT Cases Here directly and we will work with you to try to meet your delivery requirements.  Delivery times will be dependant on the shipping method selected at time of order.
